KL1000-1800 Full-Automatic Vacuum Molding Machine
(1) The series machine is controlled by programmable controller with touch screen. It performs advanced technology and process in domestic. It can produce foam products that are moulded complicatedly, hard demoulded and with high water content.
(2) It is equipped with high pressure feed unit so the raw material with high energy can be jetted in through 25-36 auto guns at once feed.
(3) It is fitted out vacuum system to speed up forming process, shorten cool time and reduce water content in production
(4) With two pneumatic cylinders mounted at the top, it works steadily uniformly and no bumping phenomenon.
(4) The hydraulic system has a differential accelerating device to increase the speed of feed rod, at about 200mm/s, so to save energy 40%.
(5) All units of it are reputable brand product made in domestic or abroad. It is reliable, stable, with long life of use and in low production cost. It is divided into three types. A type: demoulded mechanically , B type: demoulded pneumatically , and C type:demoulded hydraulically.
