  PVC Leather Mesh Cingulum machine

This kind machine is designed and manufactured with whole frequency conversion control, through controlling the frequency conversion of each transmission by scale base board of joint working, every transmission can start,accelerate and decelerate at the same time and transmitting synchronizedly. The automatic control of oven temperature is carried out by electromagnetic three-position valves teaming with temperature test bars and temperature instruments. At the inlet of the oven there is a pneumatic rectifying device of mesh cingulum edge position. At the outlet of the oven wind cooling device and spreading device of demoulding reagent are fitted out to prevent product from sticking to the mesh cingulum. Product can be easily embossed by double-outlet oil hydraulic cylinder with a micro-modulation at the end controlled by electromagnetic valve. Reeling and unreeling are implemented by moment DA motors with double working positions so that it is easy to conduct no-stop stuff changing. The machine is fitted into the production of PVC no-bottom-cloth artificial leather, and can be used to produce fine paper leather,car mat,dining mat,floor mat and floor foaming leather etc..
