PROCESS FLOWS

(1)   Mixing the PVC resin, talcum power and other aid agent as starchiness

(2)   Coating mixed material on the release paper and transporting to the first-oven for drying, and be expanded and smoothed by pressing roller

(3)   Coating mixed resin on the first layer and transporting to the second-oven for foaming, and be expanded and smoothed by pressing roller

Coating glue on the second layer and coating non-weaved cloth, then transporting to the third-oven for drying
