Finished products: glass strip, door, window, window profile, wall-protection board from PP, PVC PE PS ABS TPE

Main equipments of the machine set: Material Mixer, Feeding Hopper, Extruder, Die head, Forming and cooling device, Tractor, Cutting device, Collecting frame, Electrical control box, Attach equipments: Vacuum pump, Water pump, Water tower

The process of production:

(1)    The PVC resign is mixed by Mixer

(2)    Mixed PVC material is transported into extruder by Feeding Hopper.

(3)    PVC material is heated and melt in extruder(there are several heating branders in extruder)

(4)    PVC material go through die head (mould) and then formed and cooled in forming and cooling devices and come out as finished products

(5)    Finished products are drew by tractor, and then cut and collected.

Parameter of outfits:

(1) Extruder:

Amount: 2 or 3sets( depend on amount of colors and materials of one product);

Screw Diameter: 55mm, ratio(length:diameter):25:1

Heating way: electricity, 5 heating rings

Extrusion output: 70kg/h(PE material) 42kg/h(PVC material)

(2) Forming and cooling machines:

2 meter forming platform, made from stainless steel, attaching 2.2kw vacuum pump,

Forming and cooling box is the same. Recycling water used

(3) Tractor:

1.5m pedrail tractor, 2.2kw frequency conversion motor

(4) cutting and collecting frame

One set cutting machine, 1.5kw motor, cutting and drawing is in phase,Cutting length can be control by Travel Switch, automatic material roll-over stand
